Beautifully framed photo of the George Bush statue created by Chas Fagan in 2004 that faces downtown Houston along with a signed brass plate.

 

Chas Fagan was selected to create this eight foot tall bronze sculpture of President George H. W. Bush. He did a wonderful rendering of our 41st President.
