These earrings are inspired the electric guitars in the Guitar Gallery at the Experience Music Project in Seattle Washington. Electric guitars, were introduced in the 1930`s, rely on an amplifier to manipulate tone. They were created to give the guitar greater volume to compete in the big band era. They have come to be the dominate instrument in popular music culture.

Finish: Solid brass, electro-plated with non-tarnishing silver finish, giclee print, posts are hypo-allergenic
