Stay dry with this red George Bush Library & Museum umbrella. The thermoplastic rubber (TPR) grip loop handle allows you to insert your hand thru the oval opening and balance the umbrella on your wrist! It features a 47-inch arc. When closed, it is 33.7 inches in length.
